A couple months ago I purchased my living room suit, and a radio. I really enjoy my stuff and Jammie & his staff was amazing with helping me find the items i was looking for and I will definitely come back and send anyone they way.!
Jamie, Brittany , and Sunny were very helpful, extremely professional. Clean store a wonderful greeting as I walked in. I received top notch quality service from each of them. Thank you for being so kind good service is hard to find nowadays, and I appreciate the service that I received from them today
Absolutely wonderful treatment was extended to me from jum to finish. From management on down to the staff. I recommend if anyone wants furniture I recommend this store bunch of great folks!!

About 3 months ago I went into this Rent-A-Center and purchased a king size bedroom suit along with a king size memory foam mattress. When they delivered it I was in the hospital. I got out of the hospital and was behind on payments so I got my payment caught up then went to put the bed together and put the mattress on it and the mattress doesn't fit the bed. I inform them of this and they acknowledge that they knew that they had brought me the wrong size mattress it was a California King mattress and employee by the name of Travis acknowledge this. Here we are today and because I have withheld payment again due to the fact I cannot get the correct mattress they are threatening to come and pick up the whole entire bedroom suit. Of course that's not going to happen I asked them to either replace it with the correct size mattress and credit the difference to the account then I'll make the payment to bring the account current or to come and get this mattress and just credit back everything for the mattress to my account and I will get the payment made to bring the account current. They instead want to argue with me and tell me it is not the incorrect size mattress that I'm an idiot and don't know how to put a mattress on the bed Jamie the manager says he is just going to come and get everything because I did not make a payment my question is would you make a payment on something that you cannot use and I'm supposed to be on bed rest let me add that in there because I am terminally ill. I am sleeping on a couch and I'm paying for something that I cannot use. I do not think asking for them to correct their mistake and acknowledge it is too much to ask. I also have asked for the supervisor over top of Jamie since he can't correct the issue himself so that this can get resolved and have still not gotten that information from the employees. And I seen on the cake the employee Travis that works there acknowledged two weeks ago that they knew this was the wrong size mattress when they delivered it and that he's been trying to get that issue corrected and that Jamie has been made aware of this several times. At this point either they need to correct their mistake or I want every penny I've paid for this back and I will not stop until there is a resolve. Very angry very pissed off and would like to be able to lay in a bed. Is that too much to ask for? They sure don't mind calling and harassing you for money when they deliver the wrong furniture to you and I can't even get them to come and get the incorrect mattress I've asked them several times to come and pick this thing up.
