Very unprofessional didn’t want to help me find a couch that could fit in my house after I put a down payment on a couch no one asked dimensions of my door for the couch to fit. They didn’t seem to care even after receiving money from me to help find another one

My Brother and I want everyone to know just exactly how you would be treated at,Rent-A-Center on 7th St. My Brother and I have been a customer for over 1-year with that store and we have Always made our payments on time and even paid off Two pieces of furniture. We recently lost some furniture in a fire due to our Landlord,and my Brother and I put in a Fire Report with pictures to Rent-A-Center, and according to them we both still owe on the furniture that was lost in the fire due to the contract we signed. My Brother and I are still paying for that furniture and there has been a few times we were late making a payment due to my job,but we have Always called ahead time and informed them that we might be a little late on our payment but we Always make up for the late payment. But the New Manager and the District Manager are very Rude and Unprofessional,you can't talk to them because of their Attitude they have towards their customers, especially to regular customers. They even send someone to your house,even though you do make your payments. I would Strongly advise everyone to go to another store besides this one,that is if you want to be treated right like a customer should be treated. Good Luck and God Bless 🙏 !

This is probably one of the number one places they are absolutely the best they always help me when I need them and it's something goes wrong they are always there to fix it and they always deliver at a fast pace so I never have to wait on anything I've been a customer for over 7 years and I wouldn't go to anybody else thanks team y'all are the best

Ms.J the Manager at RAC in south land Terrance. She is so awesome. She is great and very respectful. I really appreciate her a lot and Fred he is also great. The whole team is amazing!
