Placed an online order very excited for the new couch until…. Once I called this location the customer service was definitely very poor gentleman would not even discuss the issue set the phone on the counter was very short and rude. Still love the couch I would just check your locations before signing a contract.

Losey service , genesis and her store manger are bs. 2 was waiting still no delivery. 3pm -5 pm mon 04/28/25 . No couches I waited 2weeks . Genesis and her store manager waited two weeks , leo calls at the last minute to say he can't im not in the jurisdiction. My son is graduating I need these couches i get a voice-mail they ain't coming. They had 2 weeks to check my location all the info I gave them they never checked. And her answer was sorry nothing I can do. But transfor you for next Tuesday. OMG IM LIV8D. NO ACCEPTION NO ACCOMADATION

Saturday (3/22) a little after 5:00, im driving down Peoria in my company's work vehicle, and this stores drivers in a van and a box truck, decided their time was more important than anyone elses so apparently that meant speeding down Peoria was acceptable while also being right on everyone's ass that was infront of them, including mine when I'm clearly in a marked company vehicle. The dude in the van has to slam on his breaks because the mustang infront of him was turning, and the box truck almost hit me, swerved through traffic and hit the drive way into the parking lot so hard, the tires literally came off the ground while almost hitting another vehicle. The people that get hired as drivers absolutely suck. Yall don't close til 6 and you were 5 minutes down the street. No reason to drive like that and almost cause 3 accidents.

I was promised I could make a small down payment until next payday with the impression that I would be receiving my merchandise within a few days. Fast forward to a week later and not only was my delivery pushed out another day (7 days from the time I was approved) , but they called right before delivery and told me they would not be able to deliver until I paid a balance due for something I had not even used or received yet. I explained to the sales manager that I was planning on paying later that night after I received delivery, they told me they would not work with me and that the only option was to pay the 2 week rent that was due on merchandise I had not even used. This entire experience was not hassle free and I will not be using this rental company anymore. Bad enough they already have to exploit customers with crazy interest and fees, as well as “promotions” with no promise to deliver the merchandise.

Definitely should have read the reviews before purchasing from this location! Rudest woman/manager that I have ever dealt with. We have had our items for 7 months never had an issue until the past 2 weeks. We was late before and payed it immediately on the day we asked. Last week, we asked them to come to get the couches - husband left work early they didn’t show up. Then we got charged the whole amount even for the couches. Husband told them again to come get the couches this week, she was completely rude to him. Made comments stating that the employees “won’t take your wife (since he left work to wait for them. I’m 9 months pregnant and can’t move the furniture that’s in the way) and “you don’t work 60 hours a week” (actually he does and he’s taking care of our household since I’m high risk with our unborn child and can’t work). He asked her again to have the couches picked up and she got rude again and “put in an order to pick up all of our items”. I’m in management and this type of customer service is unnecessary and unacceptable. Corporate needs to have their employees trained in customer service and professionalism.
