This location is so unprofessional. Been renting a center with them for a year and the whole time they been rude and unprofessional. I ask for my contract that I signed in the begging and they never gave it to me the keep charging my credit card on their own accord without my permission . They did it again today and the know that it's the sabbath day for me I'm Jewish so I can't buy today but after a year they still don't respect my beliefs and did it anyway .never renting again from here.

My lady called them to see if they were still able to deliver due to the weather and they said are you sure you called the right store ? Then leaves and comes back telling her that we placed it for pickup, knowing damn well we said delivery I remember cuz I was there I even asked if I had to pay for the delivery guy said “nope it’s free” so idk how that made sense, anyway i called off work just to find out that they can’t come in until Monday.

I LOVE this store!! I have been working with them for a couple years and have purchased so much. They were even awesome when I was having issues with payments. They helped me get back on track and now I own something else. This is THEE BEST RAC location PERIOD!!! I don't ever want to deal with another and staff EVER, so they better stay together!! :-)

Joyce, the manager, was very helpful. The bed that I went in looking for was out of stock, so she went to her computer to see if she could find it at any relatively close location. Which she was able to. She was honest able the time it'd take to be delivered, and asked me if it was worth the wait. I replied, "yes". She walked me through the down payment delivery fee, and then the email I'd get that would need the electronic signature to finalize the process. I had no questions after her precise instructions presented to me. I was very pleased. I will be back, should I have future rental needs in the future! 🤘
