Cory was AMAZING. He helped move me into my apartment and later came back months afterward to switch out my couch, and both experiences were flawless. Every challenge he came across, (and there were many 😂) he handled calmly and professionally. He’s kind, respectful, humble, and clearly takes pride in his work. Customer service like this is rare, Cory deserves a promotion. And let’s not forget about Grayson, the manager, is also fantastic and always makes sure I get what’s best for my home. Highly recommend.

Beth was amazing and I'm so appreciative for all of her efforts, communication, and going out of her way to help. I called on a Monday afternoon looking for a power lift recliner. When she learned my mom was having surgery on Wednesday morning, she was able to secure a chair and have it delivered and set up Tuesday afternoon. I in no way expected this all to be done in less than 24 hours, but it was. Thank you.

Despite what I have seen about Beth being a bad person, I had nothing but a pleasant interaction with her! She answered all my questions and got me the product I wanted. She even exchanged the whole thing when I got it home and realized that the Power system for the computer was missing! They even sent me a thank you card for the purchase! I will go back whenever I need something quick!

I’ve never had issues in the past – the former manager was understanding, communicative, and provided exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, Beth has shown a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Just two days after making a payment, she sent people to my house to repossess my item, which felt excessive and harassing. Beth’s approach to communication has only added stress to my life, especially during my pregnancy. She never calls to discuss matters or offer any understanding, relying solely on impersonal and often rude text messages. Despite explaining my situation and being only a few days late on a single item, she continues to treat me with a lack of patience and respect. As someone with experience in management, I believe customer service should always come first, and sadly, this location has lost that touch. Once my current agreement is fulfilled, I will not be returning due to the poor treatment I’ve received. I hope Rent-A-Center re-evaluates the customer experience here – it’s disappointing to see how much has changed under Beth’s management.

Beth is awesome She hooked me up with an eighty six inch tv And I believe I only have 8 payments, then the TV is mine.she blew this out side of the box She deserves credit.Where credit is due . she works hard for you if ask
