What you can rent here

Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

I’d like to say that when I called for information on a desktop walked me through on which one is best and told me on how the agreement would work with them , I also had to return the product because someone I got me a desktop two days after. Cindy and the store manager was super nice with me was a great job by them.

Ever since we been customers at this location we had such a good experience at first. There is a gentleman who works there i believe he's the assistant and has always been so helpful. There is another women there who is also very helpful. I believe she just works at the front but such a nice girl. But when it comes to management Emily? she's not professional, she's very rude. She talks back doesn't listen to the customers she over speaks every time someone try's to explain something. She doesn't LISTEN to the customer. She doesn't want to hear us out or even try to understand, she's rude and continues to be rude. She screams she told us multiple times she doesn't care, her works exactly " OH WELL " when we expressed our issues about why we couldn't make a payment at the moment. We were even willing to pay extra to catch up. She said she doesn't NEED to understand her customer and she doesn't need to help if she doesn't want to. If you look at your reviews a lot of them are based on how she treats her customers. This makes people not want to come to this location exactly or even get help from here. I regret coming to this store. I would highly recommend someone from the higher ups to take care of this situation i understand the whole i am a manager thing and you need to do your job but the way she handled's her customers accounts and issues is not professional what so ever. Worst customer service experience when it comes to her.

The store manager Emily is absolutely rude and argued with customers. Harassing because one payments wasn’t paid on time saying she’d have her employees banging at my door every day all day. Then the employees just walking up into the house.
