Daughter rented a sofa from them online, submitted everything they requested and delivery was scheduled. One hour before scheduled delivery time, they contacted my daughter via email saying that the delivery was on hold due to missing information. The email also stated that it was their second email attempt. My daughter had only received that one email. Less than an hour later, my daughter sent the information to them, even though she was at work. She heard nothing afterwards, so she called the number she had for them. After trying to reach them three times, she found the local number for the rental location and the person who answered said the manager was out of the office and we would have to call again tomorrow. We asked a few more questions, but we were told that the store was closed. Honestly, it felt as if minimal effort was being made and the person just wanted to get off the phone. After reading these reviews we see that there seems to be an overall problem with the company, so we have decided to cancel our order. For such a large corporation, is shameful that they have such a terrible reputation. They do one thing. They rent things out. Their rental procedures should be seamless!
Poor service 💯 have no idea what there doing.
Got a fridge from them and it broke down and ask for a new one only for them to give me the run around. Waited a month for a new one and finally when it arrived at they store they said the would deliver it on a Monday. When Monday came a hour before they told me they was coming they said I needed to pay first week. Which was never told but okay I said I’ll be able to pay on Wednesday. The girl said okay. Well I call Wednesday and they said the manger not there and I had to call the next day. Jokes on them cause I got my fridge from a different company I will never buy anything from these rude disrespectful dishonest people EVER AGAIN. Beware do not deal with this store they are the worst. I got the feeling they didn’t wanna rent to me anyways for whatever reason. I took my money else where. They are liars and scammers.
They will call you at 9am on payment date even if you worked til 3am no professionalism what so ever , and they want you to be professional your calling me at 9am on payment date your store just opened and your first go to is lets hassle customers they very morning of the payment date .. store manager wants customer to be professional when she has zero professionalism .. insulting and unprofessional and I’ll respond the same
Been a customer since 2014, love this location and been a loyal customer ever since but what I don't like is being lied to or manipulated. I requested to remove autopay off 3 of my agreements since I prefer to make my own payments on time since I get paid later in the day and avoid overdrafts. I signed into my account and could not remove it so I called the store on Saturday 7/26/25 @12:40pm. I was told I could not and that it was mandatory and to just lock my debit card (thats absurd). I called customer service and they said that is not true which I already knew and its not stated in any of the agreements. Customer service called the store and the manager isn’t in until Monday. Now I have to call customer service once again Monday with my reference number. I hope I get this resolved because I never had an issue before and paid off every agreement I ever had. If this continues I will return everything and wont be a returning customer. Thank you
