Didn't want to rent me switch for 1 month worst horrible experience his excuse was to much paper work
Just got off the phone on being a new customer and inquiring on a product and the guy on the phone was rude and didn’t explain how my account runs just told me I’m a level 5 and can’t rent and yet told me that’s what usually customers are when they haven’t rented before. He didn’t explain anything and had Jason on the side telling him things when I was simply asking a few questions on how it goes as I was told I could rent what I was inquiring about but now they are backtracking and telling me something else. Communication needs to be better, I don’t want to rent even a chair from this company as that was really a bad experience and I haven’t even signed with them yet. Jason and his coworker need to be nicer and explain without making the customer feel bad.
Courteous and helpful staff. We only needed a short term bed and couch rental, and they were very accommodating.
I urgently needed a laptop. I’m a full-time student working part-time, and my desktop crashed, so this became an emergency. I’ve already sent all required documents, including my ID and a verification videos to multiple representatives at different time's. I was under the impression these were received, so being asked to come into the store for in-person verification is difficult and takes too long. My only concern is having to send pictures of my ID and personal details to representatives I don’t personally know. Aside from that, the service has been great, and overall the experience has been good—I just really need to complete this process quickly.
The guys at the Orem store are all awesome, always had good terms and ive had to push a payment a time or two and they were more than happy to help
I’m super happy with the service I received, the information, delivery and product. We’re so in love with our couch!
