Rent-A-Center

I will not ever rent with them again. I know I signed papers and everything. did the e document as well . sat in the show room took the picture of my id and mailing address showed them and said it was done. They even called to verify address and said nothing about my documents not being signed. Very disappointed with them. Will not recommend to any one.

The manager yessica is super unprofessional and rude. Continues to harass over an item that isn’t even hers. Calls and blows my phone up after hours and has her employees bang on my door like cops when my baby is sleeping. I had the payment on a different card than listed and had the payment and forgot about changing the cards so I told her how much i could pay at the moment since I had already spent the money and they said that was fine then she continues to say she sent a link to pay but never does and harasses me over not paying when she isn’t even helping. Pretty sure another employee was the one willing to work with me. She shouldn’t be a manager of a store if she’s going to continue to harass customers and text them rude messages. She is not willing to work with you on anything. Will definitely be transferring to another rent a center who won’t harass me over something that isn’t even hers. And when i was pregnant sent me a rude message before giving me an attitude about payment. I know I’m not the only one who’s had issues with her. I understand I have to pay and am trying to but no one should be disrespected or harassed over a payment by a manager of a business who’s supposed to remain professional. She has got blocked before as well because of her being unprofessional. Didn’t even know she worked there anymore or I wouldn’t have got another item from this rent a center.

The computer is great, but I originally got it with 12 months same as cash but when I signed back into my account after the update, my agreement was changed without either notifying me or my permission

Rude, unprofessional manager at the Market Street location in Salem. My sister was returning couches and she gave her a really hard time. Then delivered a cigarette burned recliner to us. We were told "Well it's used so." She has always been rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Especially with simple things like changing our address or removing items we no longer have from our account. I do not recommend using them for any reason. Not until they raise their customer service standards.

They are awesome to deal with for a payment plan. We took advantage of the 90 days same as cash. Paid it off no problem, payments were always applied accordingly. May go back to get a new couch set. Got this TV and TV stand for about $1,800.
