I've been going here for years and just doing 6 months same as cash or 90 days same as cash and it works out beneficial to all parties. Polite employees. Respectful delivery drivers and ok prices.

My account was absolutely not correct, my amount kept changing and even though I have the agreement in writing I am being charged more for the set of furniture. It was a confusing, conflicting experience.

This place is a joke. We special ordered a bed over the summer- I have all my info and they photo copied everything. When I called about 2 weeks later to check the status of my order no one knew who I was, what I was talking about, or where all my information was. I had to be promised by 2 different managers "they would figure it out"- someone eventually did about a week and a half later and we recieved the bed in a month. However, since being a customer I got to experience their terrible customer service. They are RUDE. I arrived right BEFORE their closing time to make my payment and got to witness their staff all hanging out talking. Not 7 pm yet and their doors were already locked. I tried to call them to see if they would just take the money and I can take something written and get a formal reciept a later time. Got to witness their "assisted manager" pick up the phone and hang up on me. Staff then shut off all lights and started walking to the door at 7pm on the dot (I was there a few minutes in total disbelief) they walked right out and ignored we were people whatsoever. I asked why they wouldn't take a payment even though it was still early when I had arrived 3 kept walking and ignoring 1 responded " we closed everything down already" That is the amount of effort it took to be spoken to as a customer. 👎👎👎👎
