Constant stories and prolonged deliveries. Delievery drivers are disrespectful and unbox items in the truck before carrying anything. Tv arrived scuffed. Was sold a floor model tv after purchasing a brand new one. Still getting the run around from Ashley. Derek Shellmen please call me. This is nonsense.

Lack of experience among the staff. They didn't keep their word. Overall, poor service; I don't recommend it. I wish I had visited the website before.This bad experience happened to me the day before yesterday, and yesterday I was waiting for my refund to see if it arrived.

Just don't! Go to Aaron's or just find a different place to buy anything. Not good at communicating you have to call them for updates. Just very poor customer service

I needed a recliner chair for my mom whom is about to have back surgery. It was a quick/easy process to set up over the phone. Stephanie was the one that answered my call and she did a great job! Her customer service skills are 👌👌 👍 👍 I will definitely be back to this location in the future!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their manager, Stephanie, is hands down one of the rudest people I have even encountered. I called the other day trying to get in touch with the district manager because the store that I dealt with refused to put me in touch with the DM. Customer service lies and does not put you in touch with anyone. The problem is, they owe ME money so naturally, they are ignoring my requests to speak with someone. Back to Stephanie. She answered the phone, bit my head off when I tried to tell her what I needed, then slammed the phone down on me. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. I will see to it that she is fired. Nothing but trash!
