Love the employees great atmosphere extremely friendly employees 10/10 recommend
Nothing but great things to say about the staff at this store. My washer, and dryer both were super old, and did not have the money to just put down on a brand new set. So figured just go with rent a center. The lady Karen who helped me get my process going deserves 10 stars. I got the wrong dryer when delivered, and the team was super prompt and professional with fixing the issue. The two gentlemen who were delivering, and installing also deserve 10 stars. Super nice, and super professional. Only thing I would have to say thats a semi negative....corporate should give the store new trucks, or fix the faded logos on the existing trucks. The company should take pride in all the ways they advertise, and the trucks dont give a good look.

The delivery guys and guy who assembled my furniture did an amazing job. Great work guys, keep up the good work! Hopefully there are pay raises in your future!

I didn't want to give them 1 star, I strongly advise everyone to avoid doing business with Rent-A-Center. My experience was absolutely unacceptable and disturbing. I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new bedroom set, only to discover it was infested with roaches. This was clearly not new furniture—it appeared used and completely unsanitary. Bringing this into my home caused stress and a situation I have never had to deal with before. When I contacted the store to speak with William, he attempted to disguise his voice and act like someone else instead of addressing the issue professionally. That alone was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I documented everything with photos, threw the entire bedroom set in the dumpster, and filed a dispute with my bank. Once they reviewed the evidence of the infestation, my money was returned within two days. I have also retained a lawyer and am pursuing a civil suit for $5,000 to cover the cost of addressing the roach infestation in my home—something I never had before this purchase. Please save yourself the time, money, and headache—do NOT rent or purchase anything from this company. Charlene and Karen is no help! They all need to be fired. They needs a new management team.
