I bought a dryer from this place and they was out multiple times to fix the unit and it wasn't fixed they said next time they would send out the manufacturer of the unit. Talk about a joke they came out looked at the unit said i need a new door and pulley for it and that it was a bad unit when i bought it and the guy asked me where i bought it from i said rent a center and it was suppose to be a new unit. You can tell at this point he was ignore at where i purchased the unit from. Now its been a month now still haven't heard from the manufacturer guy and rent a center said it their issue now. Only had the unit for a year in a half now im getting really ignored with them all and i have kids and lots of laundry so now i have to buy another unit else where. But i wouldnt buy anything from this place for now on. Lesson learn warranty with both partys are a joke rent a center and whirlpool

I been going through them for a couple of years now .. this past week was a hard week my payment was due Saturday I was late payed on Wednesday tommy told me first I had to pay two weeks since I was late told him I couldn't do that so then says if I'm late again I will have to pay two weeks at a time .. I think not that not my agreement..then they kept trying charge my card one price then when I called to make the payment tommy charges a different price now suddenly a phone charge all the years never had that.. so I'm probably done will be most likely returning my stuff .. Told me canceled paying my warranty when I did not want to stop didn't give me the option to pay warranty on other things when I paid them off told me my product was under manufacturers warranty still is was not after I finish paying off my last 2 appliances they can take there company and shove it my husband had so much faith in them been a customer since 1990 I always like national rent to own they were cheaper for now on I will save and find other options until I can buy things I absolutely need fast I'm done renting also the last things I ordered they dropped off at end of my driveway way did not come in and set it up for me if I wanted that done I would have got myself I'm not strong enough to bring that stuff in put downstairs and set up and u also took the chance if someone walking off with them cameras does not stop them luckily they did not I also can't figure out if my dryer is broken or not set up right
