Rent-A-Center

I have bought and paid for merchandise from renta center. It's the fact that they repeatedly break the law by stalking and calling you if you are late. It doesn't matter that you talk to them it doesn't matter that you have requested for your payment date to be changed so they can get they payment on time. They purposely make it where you can't pay in advance on there website or make partial payment. Then proceed to break the law by harassing phone calls or showing up to your home. I work 12hr shifts and can't tote my phone to answer the repeat phone calls so now I'm recording everything because it makes no sense for them to do what they do!! Guess a police report is in order

It was the one on Sparkman. I was late for my payment due to me having surgery but they came to my door at 8:20 in the morning banging on my door one worker circled around my car looking inside it and it was plenty more days they came banging on my door before the actual store even opened. I wouldn’t dare purchase any thing else from this place. Jobless, surgery and still made payments, but none of that I guess mattered.

We went to the rent a center on Sparkman and Steven the store manager felt with us personally!!! They are such wonderful people to do business with and has such great people skills!!! We are new to Alabama and he recommended some great places for us to go check out!! If you need anything go there and see Steven or his staff you won’t be disappointed guaranteed!!!!! Braylon and Xander are absolutely the most two professional delivery guys I have ever dealt with!!! They were super courteous respectful and went above and beyond for us thank you guys so very much

This one on sparkman is a joke. I was looking at a couch that was in jasper. Did not TELL them to go get it. But they did and then insisted on bring to house before hand. Couch would not fit in my door. STEVEN. Poor attitude, refused my refund on a item that I never received, stated he was using my payment as gas money for a trip to jasper on a item he couldn't sell. Tried to talk with him and he hung up on me! Do NOT rent from them! Shifty professional attitude. Inability to help with anything! They will be hearing from my lawyer and not in line is corporates.

I was skeptical to buy something from them due to the amount they charge to finance. After doing the math comparing the same item from home depot it was not overpriced at all!! They also service it for any problems whatsoever while you are paying on it. Try to get that at Home Depot! They financed it, delivered and installed it the very next day after I placed the order! All for $15 TOTAL initial payment! The Manager was as professional and friendly as they come and the delivery guy was outstanding and did his job with perfection and speed! I highly recommend this location (Sparkman Drive) and compare prices and you will also be surprised!
