The store manager, Brandon, failed to do a simple task of seamlessly switching my payment schedule over from weekly to biweekly. Instead, he provided incorrect details regarding the next payment date, then went on to state that I could pay a week's amount he failed to inform me of by "making it right." But it didn't stop there, he called me back (laughable considering he never bothered to call back to correct himself on said payment date) after I filed a report on his negligence, stating he didn't miscommunicate anything and that I was wrong instead. A store manager, putting the blame on a CUSTOMER, for his shortcomings! This has by far been the worst experience I received from any rental store, and just as I told him over the phone, I'll never be doing business with this establishment EVER again and I encourage others don't either.

I ordered a sectional back in September of 2025, and I still have not received it or heard anything about it being backordered or what the problem/delay is. It is now May 2026. I am baffled. It looks like I'm not getting that sofa. I do not understand this company.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Communication sucks, waited damn near 2 months for my bed and then all of a sudden they drop it off out of nowhere no warning or nothing. Then tried to make me pay for a bedroom set that I didn’t even receive. Only the bed and the base. Never signed a rental agreement nor gave them any money for the furniture. They just decided to drop it off when they felt like it.

Crystal is an angel! She worked so hard to get me what I wanted … turns out the table she found for and discounted was the original table I wanted but was out of my price range! She’s a miracle worker and should receive accolades like crazy!! Thank you Crystal for everything!!

They explain thoroughly about the rental agreement. They were very helpful in choosing our item. And we definitely look forward to conducting more business with this store. They were on time with my delivery and did an excellent job on installation and giving good customer service.
