I had a very bad experience with the Rent-A-Center location I ordered from. My wife called today to get things settled on a couch I ordered online, and Robert was extremely rude to her. She called from her sister’s phone, and just because her sister owes on an account, Robert became very disrespectful. We are new to the area. I have check stubs from my previous job and an offer letter for my new employment. Another Rent-A-Center store told me that would be fine, but since I placed the order at this location, I had to go through them. When I explained that to Robert, he said, “Well, I’m not doing that,” in a very rude tone. The customer service was unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never give Rent-A-Center my business again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I was doing schoolwork when my laptop stopped working. I needed a quick replacement but didn’t have the money to pay full price for a new laptop. I turned to Rent-a-Center and placed my order, signed all appropriate paperwork (contract) online, and headed over to pick up my gateway to school. Upon arrival, I was greeted by an employee and he proceeded to pull up my info. After standing around for 15 minutes the employee stated my card on file had been “dropped” and needed another. After coming back with another card the same employee informed me “it’s going to be like… another hundred dollars.” Yeah, forget the contract I signed. My friend was upset so she went in and found out employees just add on money if they feel a potential for theft. So yeah, I was profiled and made to pay more for how I looked. I’m a 100% disabled combat veteran who literally just moved across the United States to come back home. I took my business to Aaron’s. ~Good Day

BEWARE !! Don’t waste your time here unless you have patience of a saint . Dude on the phone couldn’t wait to hang up on me but it’s all good because not all places deserves your business !! After reading the reviews I dodged a bullet with this location

Robert and Andrew were AMAZING! And the driver that helped Andrew with customers while he assisted me do paperwork was also amazing! I love rentacenter! I have never had a bad experience with them. Thank you guys!

Wish I could have just left a comment without giving any stars because the customer service from the white female that works in here is horrible. She tried me like I was somebody off the street begging for something. I work hard & I deserve respect they same as they want it. I just got my money back after being told with paperwork that I was approved & then to get phone call saying I wasn't. Please get this location together because turning hard working people away is not it!
