Worst store ever, unprofessional staff led by store mgr Brandon, incompetent, no integrity, smart elec, ask for pick up came when they felt like it, lazy, weak, delivery drivers. Hire some staff with muscle! Had to report them to corporate,they may want to stop just hiring anyone an actually get qualified professional business minded staff. You call to let them know when you will make payment an they still call, because they do not communicate among each other.Its a joke an merchandise has always been overpriced! Good for venue an event renting only! Do not waste your time people!
Sorry excuse for a store, horrible upper management, disrespectful and store is infested with bugs. Save your self time and money and go somewhere else
Frist of all I haven't seen a business so unorganized the appliance didn't work then we had to wait a week before until they can come fix it then am still waiting it's going on ,4 o'clock supposed to been here 1 til 3 am highly upset if a business can't handle responsibility they need to shut down you don't do people this way this is so wrong rent a center on hwy 58 and my mom is sick I have wash her clothes everyday that's why I went there for help I should of kept my old washer and dryer,but no I never expected all this would happen from a famous business and she already paid them this is unbelievable
I was gonna rent a tv I paid 3-14-25 but thankfully a friend gave me a tv so 3-17-25 when they opened I called&canceled the application they never delivered anything!... I was told my money would be returned no later than wednesday3-19-25 I am still waiting my next move they will not like! Return my money stealing from disabled people just horrible&when I call them I get the run around.i would not recommend them to a starving lion.
I just love Justin at the Hwy 58 store he always will try figure and work something out for you if you are having rough times! Always positive and cheerful never a dull moment with him! I wish all the managers could have an attitude like him.
Had to change bank cards due to it being lost and I forgot to update it for my auto pay. My auto pay hasn't even been rejected a day and your store employees are already calling me as if I am always late or never pay. This kind of service makes me want to send all my stuff back. Look at my payment history and tell me why I am being called after an auto reject. Just ridiculous
