Treats you like a criminal, is not willing to work with anyone, and can't even honor their own websites terms. It's a shock they're still in business

Got a dryer from there that almost burned my nieces clothes made them smell burnt! Was told they'd replace it with the dryer we wanted.. waited.. waited.. and waited 3 week and nothing got replaced.. I'd avoid rent-a-center as a whole the whole company is for the birds! Aaron's is so much better and easier to work with!

I got a washer and dryer through them pre-owned and it was infested with roaches. I called them and they've been giving me the run around for two weeks. I've scheduled for them to pick up 3 different times and they were extremely late or didn't show up. Not to mention they wanted to call me having an attitude because they came and nobody was home but I was on the couch didn't even get to the door before they left. I'm calling corporate and making a formal complaint I've never had to deal with people so unprofessional as these. I will NOT be back to this store.

Came in to look at purchasing a stove and possibly a couch set. walked in at 9:40am not realizing they didn’t open until 10 as the door was unlocked..looked around for a few and went to the counter and guy with black curly hair and glasses was talking to us. we made him aware we had gotten preapproved online. he bluntly stated “i don’t care” and told us we needed to fill out a renters application paper. due to his rudeness and attitude we walked out.

Has worst customer service, front desk rep is rude an unprofessional. Hangs the phone up, her name is Nicole, she needs retraining. Attitude is not for rental industry. This store also calls without knowledge of accounts. Total chaos an lack of communication. Will not be patronizing this store ever again store needs reorging an new staff.
