After getting approved online, I received a call from a gentleman named Mike. He was very pleasant to speak with, we were able to find what we were looking for, finished my application electronically and schedule delivery, all within about 15 minutes! Mike also listened to my needs and met me where I was at. He didn't try to up the sales, he narrowed down a window to what I was able to pay, and it was exactly what I had seen online but didn't tell him that, so I knew he was being honest which was very reassuring! I can't share a picture because I won't have the appliance until tomorrow.

Never had a bad experience, deliveries are always smooth the guys are nice and very helpful! Tony is amazing and very clear on everything very professional and I appreciate them all Thank you all!

There are two handicap parking spaces in front of the store, but one is consistently occupied by a Rent-A-Center box truck during business hours. As a lower-leg amputee who uses a wheelchair, I rely on these spaces to safely enter and exit my vehicle using side access. The parking lot is often busy, and if someone parks beside me while I’m shopping, it can become difficult—or even impossible—for me to get back into my car. I have spoken to the store on multiple occasions, explaining why parking there is a problem. Each time, they have shown no concern and essentially told me they don’t care. While I would understand if they needed to use the space temporarily for loading or unloading, the truck remains parked there all day and is only moved to another location near the street at night. Empathy seems to be rare these days, but at this store, it is completely absent.

The worst manager and staff I have ever experienced. Make sure nothing happens to you because they will be extremely mean and cold and scream at you or even your family if they call for you. Very very very mean people. Definitely miss the old manager she was a lot nicer. Don't go here.

Placed order with Mike over the phone. No problems whatsoever. Piece of cake! On day of delivery I had to go to emergency room. Tony was very nice to reschedule for another day. Everybody very nice and very professional. So glad I got my recliner! So comfy. Would highly recommend them.
