Honestly one of the best services I've had. They're pretty lenient on payments, when I haven't been paid yet. Understanding also. I like the products I have and am leasing. I look forward to paying off my items and would like to continue using them in the future

Was given a used Washer & Dryer set that smells horrible, barely works.. was taken to service but returned in the same condition. The delivery people have no clue what they’re doing & don’t even let you know when they’re done, they just take off.

Had a great experience with them. First time ever going through the company. The 2 delivery guys were very respectful and helpful. Also the communication at the store has been fantastic.

I honestly wish I could give this location and business a negative rating entirely. By far the WORST customer service I’ve EVER had, the entire staff is ignorant to their policy’s and NO ONE in this location can stick to ONE story. Then, they blame their customers, hang up on them repeatedly when they’re just trying to seek clarity on when their payments are due and how much, and threaten their customers on top of that! I have never been more disgusted with a retail store in my life. It’s safe to say, I let rent a center take their furniture back because they aren’t worth A SINGLE PENNY. the manager at this location was so disrespectful, I wanted to go to the store personally to give her a piece of my mind. Do NOT shop here if you want good service while you spend your money. You’ll get different amounts with different due dates and multiple threats EVERY a month.
