Don't appreciate excessive phone calls trying to get me to buy something else. When someone hangs up on you, take the hint. I have advertisements that comes in the MAIL. I do not need them calling me to tell me what their promotion is for the month is. Instead of wasting their time, they should be taking their time to work on their customer service in manners and professionalism.

All I have to say is, the sales manager phill is awesome. When I came here the second time, phill took care of me. And it was an absolute great experience! I was looking for items for my new apartment, but was on a strict budget. He helped me get everything I needed, and stayed within my budget. I didn’t feel rushed, it didn’t feel like he was just pushing stuff on me. By far the customer service from him was amazing. I’ve already recommended family to go to him. Now the first time I came in wasn’t a pleasant experience, it was on a Saturday. And as soon as I walked through the door the lady up front put a face mask on. Like I had some type of disease or something. And as I’m walking around she shouts. Can I help you with something? I said I’m just looking right now. And she didn’t budge, didn’t come talk to me or anything so I just left!

I went in with my son this weekend to get a new laptop(im a previous customer so they know who i am) but when I went in Jackie was kind of rude and then insisted that I have the computer shipped to me instead of being able to take it immediately, she states its because my address on my ID didnt match my address(the SAME address where they delivered furniture just a couple months ago) my son and I left both feeling judged and disrespected because of the way she was acting towards us. If she doesn't want to help people because of their skin color then put it on the door and we'll go elsewhere.

First, I'm not a customer, but my friend says he's been going here for years. This same friend was checking out my gaming set up and wanted to get one of his own but not wait until he had cash money. I have never seen a sales person or manager or whoever the guy helping us was try so hard not to sell something to someone who's been with the company for years. The guy talked over us and made sure we understood he was the expert on computers and not us and we were not smart for coming to the company. I tried to explain to my friend that while it's better to build, we dont have the knowledge or friends or funds to build one so one already almost together like we were asking for was ideal. Now he's disappointed and computerless and wanted to play the new wuchang game on PC tonight and was excited. I always appreciate a response. Even when there is nothing a company can do to make the situation better, being acknowledged shows empathy. Changed to 3 stars

Manager came to our home to fix what we scheduled for the REPAIR MEN to come and do. He came an hour before the closing window they were supposed to come to fix it; never told his men or called us to say he was coming by. He then stated that he was not supposed to come and do it. So, why did you sir?!! lol.. what if neither my mom or I was home or whatnot? The men showed up a half hour after and we unfortunately had to break the bad news to them and they were upset and said “He never called us” I don’t blame them for being upset. They could have went to another home, but let them waste a few minutes by coming here just to be told that by the customers, it was already been fixed. Unprofessional all the way around. Constantly worries about discounted items THAT WERE USED AND NEVER CLEANED OUT PROPERLY OR IT IS BROKEN. So, what they tried with others, is charging them full price on used messed up items with high interest or trying to pay the difference with the interest. I just recently moved in my home, if I wasn’t so busy and pressed for cash, I would have gotten my stuff out of storage and wouldn’t be bothered by SOME of these weirdos. Not very nice to my mother, but can manage to be nice to me and we are in the same household…She is a disabled veteran that chose not to drive due to medical situations. We could not get to the store. He gotten pissy because of that. We’ve been tag teaming the payments and he is acting like we’re getting over on him. Why would my mother and I take advantage of a place that overcharges for used furniture, of all things? Then has the nerve to call me about what was said on here. If you feel some type of way, oh well 🤷🏾‍♀️ stop being weird and others wouldn’t feel uncomfortable enough to put this down as a review. Should’ve been lucky I didn’t call the police. I am going to Levins for here on out. This is ridiculous. #Clowns
