I have been a customer for several years now and have made a few purchases. I really appreciate the care my store has shown me with regards to payment arrangements as well as delivery. Whenever I've had an issue, they have ALWAYS been quick to act, and very accommodating.

I have to say the customer service is great especially Celeste who helped me, she was very professional and helpful. I was able to obtain exactly what I was needing and did not have to wait for long to have completed my purchase. However on a not too great part of the deal I was unaware I was signing up for a benefit package that I am required to pay along with my regular payment and when I opted out I thought that would of been the end of it but instead I now am past due and owe for not paying the benefits package. So that’s annoying

I have used rent a center for years and never had any issues. The west valley location off 3500 south is a horrible location the staff are very disrespectful, do not know how to operate a business. They text saying that a payment is late when I told different people at the store that it needed to go on a monthly payment so I guess communication and updating someone’s file has gone out the window. Also because on the non communication that is happening threats being made about an officer showing up at my place. I have been into the store multiple times and don’t really see any customers and it makes me wonder why but I see why now the staff need more training on how to run a business and how to treat customers. I have gone into the store a month ago and was cussed out by an employee. I will never rent any items from this store again and will never refer any family or friends to this location.

It was good to know we could order a bed and dresser. I love the bed. And they also gave us a free turkey. That was so nice. The movers were good also. They put everything together good work guys. Thank you Rent-A-Center for the kind service. I know we'll be back. Happy Holidays
