Horrible experience first I order a king size bed I was at work when it was delivered I come home and it’s a queen size bed I call them and they tell me that they made a mistake but brought me that one until the king gets in which will take 1-3 weeks about a month passes by nothing so I call this is probably the sept 1st she tells me the bed will be there oct 10th and she will call me well the 10th goes by I wait a couple days nothing so I call back and she was like sorry it’s been delayed to call back the following Friday I call back Monday to give them an extra couple days still oh I’ll have my manager call you weeks passes nothing finally I get a call a couple days ago saying the beds in so we scheduled for Saturday to have it brought and beds switched out delivery time 3-5 it hits 5 pm I call and delivery time is behind 45 mins now it’s almost 7 and nothing horrible service I’m taking my business elsewhere

If I could give 0 stars I would stay far away from this place the old store manager gave my family and I one price was told it was paid off it never got taken off of our accounts so our mom started paying on it so our names wouldn't get ruined and when she Spoke to her district manager Juan he said we had to keep paying on the items every tho we have proof said items were paid off so he took the stuff off my family's and my account he (Juan) put it on our mom's account to make her keep paying for stuff that we were told was paid off it's not fair at all and how he treated our Mother is really unacceptable and the fact he says it's an account our Mother created when that's not true we all went in the store and worked with the manager our Mother never helped us until tje manager never took said Items were paid off and the manager never took it off the account. Then when our family filled out the voice of the customer email that they send out Juan told our mother that she needed to talk to us and explain the situation to us and that Juan doesn't want bad blood between us and that we need to understand. The fact that Juan was asking the old store manager for pain pills is really concerning. This place is a joke and will lie to you all the time you will never get straight answers from anyone. The way the conversation went between Juan and our mother when my mother tried to walk out he wouldn't let her leave he just kept telling her to calm down is wrong and not ok. The manager and employees in the store at this rent a center need to learn their customer service skills. The drivers however was very polite and professional. We had a terrible experience with them and I just want to tell people to go to another rent a center .this one is just off 4800 w and 4700 s by the harbor freight. Please be advised.

Not personable at all. All of them just want to make a sale. Unfortunately they added insurance on my agreement without notifying me and my payment was higher for some reason. I had money taken out of my account for insurance I confront the guy about it and he says they add it automatically to every new agreement and that I had it from the start which is not true. Kept getting calls from Amber about my payment being late , yes I was not going to pay until I got an explanation on what this insurance was about. They just told me it was cancelled and that was it. No further explanation. I like rent a center but this specific location feels very unethical

Everything went well, the lady over the phone was so helpful with my questions and setting up my account was easy, they delivered everything well and with care got installed quick!
