Customer reviews
Beautiful store, beautiful selection. We have purchased multiple sets from Action (bed sets, dinette, 2 sectionals, fireplace, fridge, multiple TVs, and probably more that I’m forgetting) all of which are holding up many years later. I’ve never had one item from this store break on me. Thank you for the great recommendations as always
I had a wonderful experience working with Misti getting a couch and chair. She was very polite and so helpful. I would recommend Action for any of your rent to own needs
Melissa G. OMGOSH ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was dealing with a stressful situation and she was so understanding and made everything for me stress free. If every company had a Melissa this world would be a better place. Thank you Melissa for yesterday seriously.
I must say that this place has never failed me I’ve been dealing with them for 2 years Jennifer is the best she has been nothing kind patience and understanding with me and I’m forever thankful to her because in these times a little bit of empathy and kindness means so much to me Jennifer you’re the best and continue to shine Lady I appreciate you from the bottom of my heart Monique Johnson❤️❤️
Super unprofessional. Sent us a text saying our furniture was paid off then proceeded to call and harass my friends and family claiming I had a 10 day late payment notice. When we contacted them, they told me it was an error on their part and we still have a 10 day late fee. AFTER they admitted they wrongfully told us it was paid in full and had 0 balance remaining. DO NOT GO HERE. Would leave 0 stars if possible
Thank you Jennifer for being so kind and helping me find exactly what we need for Our new home!!! Great deal would recommend anyone looking for affordable and nice ty
