bait-and-switch. i ordered a clearance laptop. they dropped off a non-functional laptop. when i immediately brought it back to the store, i was offered a laptop at 2x the monthly price, and 3x the total pay off. had success with aarons in the past and figured we would try RAC. didnt expect to be fleeced. wonder how long it will take to get the money back.

Been going to this rent a center for almost a year and again the guys took very good care of me! To couches, to a xbox to now a washer. I am incredibly grateful for the incredible service and amazing customer service. Anytime I call they are more than willing to help out in any situation I am in. Thank you again and im so excited for my new washer machine!!

Never went through rent a center for anything before til recently. Yesterday had my couch and love seat delivered and absolutely love them! The girl I worked with over the phone made everything so smooth for my first time doing anything like this. She explained everything to me . My fiancee was home when the 2 gentleman delivered the couches and he said they were super polite, explained everything and had some good laughs with them. Thank you again and I will definitely keep you guys in mind for a computer I want in a few months! :)

I’ve dealt with 3 different rent a centers and the Nedrow location and it’s store manager Joe is by far the best location to deal with he’s very professional and an all around great guy he will help u if he can and always keeps his word … 5 stars highly recommend … thanks again for everything
