Got 4 items from them only item not gotten broken was a macbook with overflatted price.Got a xbox hdmi was dead got a pc hdmi was done for so replaced the hdmi finally got a laptop temps was overwhelmingly hot and talked to the store and was told it is what it is basically so ya this place is a scam

The prices has always been outrageous but now it's like paying 3 times the amount the actual product is worth. Not worth the look.

This place was great a couple years ago when Zach was the manager .. they don't care about customer service here I had Horrible experience they canceled my first delivery day The day before it was supposed to come (5days since ordering) said they would deliver it another day at 3PM they came at 6 pm . Ok I looked at the app said they're taking a full payment out the next day I called them. They said it was a mistake and that they will fix it because there was a deal I did. I went to sleep woke up. They took the money out. please don't waste your time with RAC there's other places example Lowe's washer's $50 a month 12 months no interest thank me later

I had a great experience when I started with the female manager at this crew. I was greatly happy with their service even though they kept trying to give me bikes that had problems, delivered with n tire pressure, damaged, etc. I was fine as long as I could get one that had a decent battery life. So, finally after me returning the bikes, numerous times, they found a great one. I had to ask for them to return money over and over again, so I kind of lost track how many weeks until my first payment. Now, please remember that I know their names, and they know mine. I get one notice that the payment is due and in a few more days the bike is gone. The last guy who delivered me a broken bike was Jose. He delivered it and it would not even turn on. This company has a broken management and a broken chain of command. I will happily return the battery and charger as soon as possible and never deal with you again.

I’ve done business with this rent a center on a couple occasions a year or so apart. First time I had a bad experience buying a washer and dryer.. I wasn’t really explained how the leasing worked so it turned out to be a disaster and I wound up spending like 4 grand on a washer and dryer that’s not worth that much. I figured the first time I’ll give them a pass and try them again so this last summer I bought a couch and a love seat for a lil over a grand. Within the first week of having my couch, while sitting on it snapped and broke. Took a thousand try’s to get someone to help me get the couch fixed when it should of snapped while sitting on it in the first place. They wound up sending a guy weeks later and he ripped the couch apart to snap the wood back in place and put it back together.. I just think when you spend this much money with a company they would try to do as right by a good paying customer as possible but it didn’t really work that way. I find it funny that it took so long for me to get someone to help me get my couch fixed but they have no problem blowing my phone up about someone who used me for a reference because they are trying to find them for what they didn’t pay lol. I’ll never do business here again.
