RUDE PEOPLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have had my washer and dryer since August and they are saying I’ve only paid 400 something so far which they take out every week…. And I’ve called Multiple times to change it to one month and still get charged every week.. very bad management there. AND they lie and say it’s “new” and charge more. 😂 scammmmm

I've been a loyal customer for 2 years. I'm hardly ever home I race Motocross so I'm always traveling. They bother you non-stop even the day your payments due. If your payments one or two days behind and you pay the late fee it shouldn't be an issue. I paid off most of my stuff and I own it except for a couple things that I recently got you figured they would appreciate that??? Nope

Every sense new management has taken over they have been absolutely horrible to work with! Ive been using the same store for 15yrs + ive completed and bought all of my stuff with no issues in past. Ive kept my word when given and the old management used to be so kind to us giving us a break in payment when in emergencies and was so kind. Now this new management and team are rude they dont work with you and horrible customer service. Ill never use them again! Wished they would take care of their costumers that been there soooooooo long and have always done right by them better but nope they wana treat you like crap an not work with you at all!
