I was thinking about upgrading my Apple Watch. Signed up for the promo code for this store. Ran into a customer service rep in store who wouldn’t apply the promo code and just assumed I was trying to run out of store without paying for item? I was just trying to get a promo code applied. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 out of 5 – Highly Recommend! I love my experience every time I visit the Rent-A-Center at 31st & Sheridan. The entire staff is always helpful, patient, and professional. Even when an issue came up, Denise and the district manager Joey fixed everything the same day with grace and kindness—and Joey even gave me an amazing deal he didn’t have to, simply because they value their customers. Parker delivered my furniture today by himself, and even though it was heavy, he worked hard, stayed professional, and handled everything so gracefully. He even shook hands with my husband and neighbor—truly a great young man. This whole store goes above and beyond, never rushes me, and always makes sure I’m taken care of. Best customer service, best deals. Highly recommend!

Store manager likes to make threats to pick up inventory that they 1) scratched all up the sides bringing in to install with no discount. 2) told them the washer and dryer were not in working condition and still had me pay on the account for weeks never checked In and I as the customer had to call and complain about paying for inventory that was not in working condition. Marc sent me a threat to pick up today after not even it being a week late. My pay dates changed since I first starting renting and I let them know that but they still act this way everytime. Marc will let you pay on broken items but says that they cant do business this way when it comes to a payment a few days late. I've never had a item returned or taken because of non payment and this will be the last time I EVER do business with this company again

Mark is rude and will not help you. i have not been late once had my furniture over 4 months. i have a problem with this payment and was told they could not help me and schedule pick up!!! DO NOT REMT FROM THIS STORE!!!!
