9/10 recommend I’ve never had any issues with payments or prices. Bedrooms set and Dining room set both purchased from them.

Figured I would share my experience. Giving one star is something I don’t usually give unless my experience is horrendous. So here it is, starts out great. Until I proceed to add something to my bill. After asking many questions about the price of the bill. They kept avoiding certain questions and were acting really muddy about cost and fees that would obscure how much you paid monthly until you sign up. And they were super rude to people on the phone and customers in the store, especially towards POC when I was there.

They are the greatest for real. They helped me keep my items when I was only able to pay so much. I’ve practically furnished my whole home from them. Paid off 5 items in like 3 years. Now I have some credit and about to purchase my 6 item. After this will be my room hopefully by next year. Thank y’all and Glendy for always helping my family out and being a great Rent A Center family. FYI long as you work with them and communicate they do their best to keep your items with you.

Placed order 7/12, was advised wld be contacted by 11 am 7/13, no one ever called. I had to call the store, was advised addl info needed. Submitted info, still no communication. Called back again, was advised more info needed. Submitted info, still no communication from store. Called back 7/15, advised delivery not until 7/18. Communication was absolutely HORRIBLE. You have no issue calling when pmt is due but couldn't communicate to advise of the addl info needed nor delivery details. Not satisfied at all and will report to your corporate office.
