We wanted our items delivered, but because we were making additional changes, they needed us to come in the store then they offered us to take our stuff with us instead of delivering it Pretty sure they sold us a broke TV. We plugged it in the next day And it was broke on one side of the tv They told us they were going to come out and look at it here it is been a week later my first payment tomorrow and they’re just now telling me that because we took the items instead of having them delivered that they don’t know if the TV got broke with us or with them and now they have to send somebody out to look at it to deem whose fault it was and if there’s any damages to the outside of the TV, it’s on us, but the TV didn’t even have any legs when we got it they offered it at a discount on the tv didn’t even plug it in to see if it work or anything so I strongly suggest don’t go to this location

3/20/24 to the RAC managers, please let your bearded driver know that he is driving a company vehicle with a billboard advertisement all around it and he can not drive like a fool cutting accross the parking lot and he doesn't get extra points for forcing other drivers to slam on their breaks so they don't get in an accident with him.

This is the absolute worse manager I have ever dealt with. I called and asked about some furniture. He said to come by and he would discuss the details with me. I showed up when we arranged a time to go over the product. He decided to leave and left a kid to deal with me that didn’t know about the products. This is why I asked for the manager to begin with. From what the kid and a lady that was working told me this is an everyday occurrence. Well since this is the type of people you put in charge I will not do business with you again. I am sure Aaron’s appreciates you sending all of my business their way because that is where I ended up buying all of my furniture from.
