be careful the manager at this location likes to harass girls, not abt their payment either lmaoo i let my stuff willingly go back today because of the manager at this store taking my number out of the system and texting me. also have him on recording stating he took my number out of the system. very unusual, very unprofessional.
We wanted our items delivered, but because we were making additional changes, they needed us to come in the store then they offered us to take our stuff with us instead of delivering it Pretty sure they sold us a broke TV. We plugged it in the next day And it was broke on one side of the tv They told us they were going to come out and look at it here it is been a week later my first payment tomorrow and they’re just now telling me that because we took the items instead of having them delivered that they don’t know if the TV got broke with us or with them and now they have to send somebody out to look at it to deem whose fault it was and if there’s any damages to the outside of the TV, it’s on us, but the TV didn’t even have any legs when we got it they offered it at a discount on the tv didn’t even plug it in to see if it work or anything so I strongly suggest don’t go to this location
3/20/24 to the RAC managers, please let your bearded driver know that he is driving a company vehicle with a billboard advertisement all around it and he can not drive like a fool cutting accross the parking lot and he doesn't get extra points for forcing other drivers to slam on their breaks so they don't get in an accident with him.
Great customer service, always greats you as soon as you walk in! Positive energy and good vibes. They are always willing to work with you and get you whatever your heart desires. Great management team here and glad to come make my payments with them
All the guys are awesome at the store I go with. And let’s not forget the lady. Very nice, respectful, communicate well, punctual, and intelligent, the whole crew. Admiral and Sheridan!!!!
