i called out of work to be at home, i’ve been waiting for over 3 hours, they told me they would be here before 6. it’s now 6, and they’re closed. keep in mind i tried calling nearly 20 minutes before they closed, SEVERAL. times. this is ridiculous.

This is the worst Rent-A-Center in the world. I would not recommend anyone shopping with them No one answers the phone in the store. It takes forever for your items to get to the store. Then they take a long time to set up your delivery after you already made the first payment.

Don’t go to this store. The customer service is very rude. They accuse me of stealing in front of everybody in the store even though I have never rented from this location I rented from a different location. I called the location where I rented from & back in 2021 they was rude also they made me out to be a thief even though he stated that I paid the rental off.

If I were permitted to rate this establishment with a zero star, I would do so without hesitation. The level of unprofessionalism displayed here is unacceptable, particularly from the manager, Cassarah. Her absence from the store, along with the unprofessional behavior of her employees, is deeply disrespectful. The manner in which she treated me today was unacceptable, and I intend to make it my mission for her to be swiftly placed on the unemployment line. I have never resorted to contacting corporate or an attorney so quickly in my life, but this situation warrants such action.

I would not recommend this location earlier this year one or their workers hit my fiancé in the head with a dolly and my fiancé had to get staples. We were told they would pay those medical bills months went by no one ever reached out so we escalated the situation and is now suing. They never show up at their scheduled time appointments and have no courtesy of reaching out when they will be late.

Made it to where I cant pay online and then constantly complain about not getting their payments. I have multiple cards and cant rely on one. They dont make it easy to pay. They were being patient for a while but then start telling me they have no patience for me for so many missed payments, which was due to not being able to access my account. I called the number provided to try to gain access again and never heard anything back. Ive already paid off a Nintendo switch and they act like I'm not good for the payment. And multiple times the money would be on the card they're charging and they'd blow me up while I'm in class or at work because their system wasn't processing the payment. Idk. My advice is if you lose access just return the item.
