Poor service, I got approved online and provided my proof of residency but they still didn’t not let me receive my product. My product got approved for pickup and they gave me the run around for a week straight just to cancel my whole order and refund me my money FOR NO APPARENT REASON!!! The district manager should be fired and they have poor customer service

Very rude and unprofessional. I placed an order online and had everything ready, just needed to schedule pickup. I called the store like the email i received said to do. The lady the answered was very rude and said i would need to come in and speak with someone and verify my information, which I had already done an hour before I called the store. Not even 30 minutes later before I could even make it to the store my order was canceled and refunded and my home store was somehow changed to the deans bridge location. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. Very disappointed. Edit to add: after looking more, all of my personal information has been removed from my account which can’t be done without calling your store to change it, and i have not called to change my information. Meaning whoever that rude lady was that answered the phone and lied to me about what i needed to do also changed my personal info on my account without my permission.

Paid off thousands of dollars of worth of items and then called to place a new order and told I was in eligible due to a late payment made in the past even though there is no current balance when I asked why I was not eligible. I was told that he personally they didn’t want to give it to me because he would pick the new item up from us assuming I would not pay at all even though I was already pre approved online before calling

The store manager has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience at the Dean’s Bridge Road location. Brandy is always a pleasure to work with, she’s helpful, professional, and provides clear information whenever I have questions or need to make a payment. Moon and Mario were phenomenal and made my switch-out a seamless, stress-free experience. Overall, my customer service experience here has been exceptional.

The store manager has been a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience at the Dean’s Bridge Road location. Brandy is always a pleasure to work with, she’s helpful, professional, and provides clear information whenever I have questions or need to make a payment. Moon and Mario were phenomenal and made my switch-out a seamless, stress-free experience. Overall, my customer service experience here has been exceptional.

Stop whatever plans you have on going to this location and please go to the Wrightsboro rd Location. Before calling this store I went online and submitted all the information I needed to get the process started and picked the item I wanted. When Brittney Or Brandy can't remember her name but definitely remember how much knowledge she LACKED on products and their availability. Then when I asked how far they were booked out with deliveries she couldn't give me a exact date but was quick to say all the other local Rent A centers was booked out for 3 WEEKS in deliveries which was a LIE she told so that I would start my contact with their location. She said she could get it delivered in 2 days which I did receive a date and morning delivery time. Once they didn't show between the 10-1pm time I called at 1:45pm and asked her when would they be coming and she got RUDE and said "oh no we don't ever deliver that early, you'll get it by 5 tho because I actually charged you for a twin and had to switch them out" even tho my contract said queen At that point I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was the manager so I asked could she transfer my account to a different store and I just do business with them lol she jumped and said "No but i can cancel everything and refund you" I hung up and called another store and spoke directly to a manager who said they can transfer it and they'll even get it delivered within a hour. Brittney or Brandy still decided to cancel and close my account which was nasty and rude I personally would rather keep the money in the company then lose it because had I not spoke to Wrightsboro rd Rent a center I would have never did business with this company because they employ disgusting low knowledgeable people like Brittany/Brandy who truly needs to reevaluate on her skills and product knowledge.
