Brandy was amazing. I needed a refrigerator for my mother in law temporarily and she made the entire transaction smooth and effortless. I was in and out the door in under ten minutes with a delivery available in under seventy two hours, amazing customer service. Cordell was pleasant as well. I had trouble emailing the proper documentation and without no hesitation he was able to resolve matter quickly. The Customer service here was exceptional.

If I could give a 0 I would because of of store manager until she got there, there was no problem. She canceled the washer and dryer that I wasn't even paying for because she kept trying to lie on me. I don't know if it was a guy or woman, but that is the store manager. But I will tell everyone else not to go there on deans bridge road in augusta ga i have been getting from Rent A Center for over 10 years and then this happens.They won't cancel.Yes, order. But from my understanding, a manager or any other employee. Is under a 30 day to 90 day probation and they didn't even been there 2 weeks.

Great customer service!! I was in and out in no time. I didn’t have to wait to be helped and got exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend my family and friends!! The washer and dryer I wanted was sold but the associate made a phone call and got me the exact one I wanted. I loved that! And I got some good laughs while filling out my paperwork which took all of 2 minutes!!
