I rented a washer from rent a centr in Nov. 2025. It was used. When they brought the washer it were dirty with dry washing powder plus hair. I cleaned the washer before using it. It took almost 3 hours for my clothes to wash. I called them the next day explaining what's going on with the washer. No new washer or anything. I do not recommend this rent a center.

They picked up a washer from one of my tenants on friday. Upstairs unit. Left the water hookup dripping. Damage to downstairs tenant ceiling and store manager refuses to take any accountability.

Rent a center is a joke. If you miss a single payment even if it’s a day late or the same day they call over and over and over again it’s really annoying it’s not good customer service to call that many times back to back to back. We always decline there calls or even block them bc it’s really annoying and not a good way to run a buissness I can guarantee when we are done paying our stuff off we won’t be using you guys again or refer yall to anyone else!

Rent a center is a joke. Worst experience ever. We didn’t get our items for nearly 2 weeks after ordering despite it saying 3-5 days. On the day of the delivery, one of the drivers was complaining about the job, the other one mutters when he would speak and I couldn’t hear him. They couldn’t fit the dryer where it was going and asked if we could move the fridge, my husband comes out to do so, and the delivery guys just leave. Left the dryer in the dining room for us to put in place on our own. We also weren’t told that they don’t supply a dryer hose and clamp beforehand. After all of that, their driver called my phone after hours several times to ask if his keys were here and when I said no he continued calling. They left a huge puddle of water under the washer as well.
