Dale Is as Rude as They Come. We placed an order online was called and told 2 weeks after 2 weeks went in the store to ask about the order and Dale started right off yelling at me that he know everything about his store and every order then we were. Told we never placed an order and that No one there called us. I told him that he needed to calm down that infact they did call us and told us 2 weeks after some time search in his computer he found the order and that it was supposed to be delivered by Saturday November the 29th but he didn't have a truck coming in till December 1st and he looked and said my order was not on that truck . He was Huffing and Puffing the whole time Rude as can be with every Statement He made. I have spent thousands of dollars in this store. The fact that he talked to me like I was no better than the gum on the bottom of his shoe really grinds my gears.

Sister ordered furniture they barely tried to get it thru the door and told her it wouldn't fit. The manager later talked to her about a furniture set that would fit she didn't like it but settled. She recently purchased new furniture and asked them on Thursday to come get the furniture she was renting bc her new stuff was being delivered Saturday and they told her they couldn't come out until Monday.....her delivery was late and now they won't come get her stuff so she has room for her new things. This is very unprofessional unacceptable! Will not recommend to anyone

This is by far the best rent a center location in the area. They go way above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Dale is amazing he alone gets 5 stars been doing business with dale for years. He is very honest and helpful anytime we need anything I know I can call dale and he will get whatever it is I'm looking for. We will continue to do our business with dale!!!

Adam was a HUGE help when it came for me to pick *pieces out for my smaller 1br apartment. There was no wait checking out, and filling ppw out for my 1st visit. I LOVE the *furniture that I picked out! The delivery was promptly on time, with two very kind gentlemen who brought everything up to the 4th floor where I live. They busted their behinds, and placed the *pieces the way I asked, as I had major abdominal surgery two days prior. I didn't have to lift a finger! I'm new starting over here at 54yo, and RAC made the experience totally pain-free! Great price for everything I got which is much appreciated! I'll definitely be a repeat customer in the future. *(Recliner in photos not included)
