Please be cautious when purchasing online. While the payment process was smooth and completed promptly, my experience with customer service was disappointing. I was told I would receive a follow-up call from the store the next day after my purchase, but that call never came. An online representative assured me everything on my end was complete and that I only needed to wait for a delivery date—yet again, no contact was made. After finally reaching them by phone, the customer service I received lacked professionalism and concern. There were no apologies, just a dismissive tone, and I was informed I would need to wait nearly two weeks for a refund to my debit account. If you value quality service and professionalism, this was not my experience with Rent-A-Center. *I STILL Haven’t Received My Refund 5/13/26….I got a call today asking for ANOTHER 7-10 days, AND an offer to come shop, how rude*

This store is very unprofessional. Ellis called me back to back five times in a row while I was at work for me to pay a bill that I was a few days late on and I’ve had perfect payment history since May of last year he tries to trick you into getting more things and he doesn’t want to return your deposit when you don’t get something. I don’t recommend this store at all because Ellis the manager is very unprofessional once I’m done paying off my furniture he will never get my business again.

This store is very unprofessional. I order something and they told me to call the store when I called the store they lady told me she was going to put everything together changed the bed that I wanted to what ever she wanted to put then told me she was gone to change it and give me a call back I haven’t received a call back so I called wondering why I am getting the run around second a man hops on the phone very rude telling me he said she was gone call before 7 the store closed at 6 why do I have to wait until after store hours for my order to be started after already giving my money then he say he just going to send my money back but doesn’t give me no email no anything saying my money is going to be returned 3rd when asked for a receipt he tell me that the store is closes at 6 I can’t get one but why tell me that I was going to receive a call before 7 if the store is closed ???? Very unprofessional I been calling all day to find out if my stuff was verified and getting approved I will be on my way up there after work tomorrow
