Worst customer service I’ve ever received even at McDonald worst unhappy employees can do better I paid my living room set off I gotten two of those in my year with rent center then I’ve gotten fours bedrooms sets but one my last item I had one more payment around 183 the month before I made double payment so I didn’t plan need to pay it on the due date well I got bunch calls saying I missed a payment I told the dude that I didn’t he argued with me and then while I only had one small payment left then I would be the owner while I wasn’t home he had a team pick up and take my stuff and then deleted all records of payment through my account I don’t know how he got away with this I also had insurance at the time and was on unemployment which with benefits I claims they gave me the runaround I would have been lifetime customer and kept buying from rent center yeah that guy got my paid off items and hope he enjoys them but that wrote me off as customer what he did seem it would be illegal been erased all my recorded payments because he seen I made double payment I do however still have banks statements so

Tho place was horrible and both of the guys there are rue and lied and said they called my phone and they never called me at all then when I called back just saying I want to reorder the couch they had a attitude the guy was in the back ground yelling at at me . I don’t recommend this location they are not professional at all .

Great customer service. Took awhile to find the type of dryer I needed and the store manager went above and beyond, they've been a great help and patient with me through the entire process and have been very helpful with any issues I've run into

This is an unfavorable situation no delivery today. Had to call after waiting 3 hours. They said they would be there. Brandon said. This transaction is not going to happen . They don't have any staffing. This week computers and phones were offline. The corporate office needs to take the Wheel . Cancel my order. No transaction.
