We haven't had a problem until recently I got a new job so had to put payments on hold for a little over 2 weeks which we were great full for when we called to restart the payments they charged for bi weekly and said we moved it to biweekly no we were still doing weekly payments so thank you for royally screwing me and taking almost 90$ out of my account that I didnt have we will not be back after this appliance is paid off so steer clear they won't listen

I had a terrible experience with an employee named Trent. He was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Despite me providing my own references and contact information, he went out of his way to look up my personal information online and even contacted my abuser instead of the numbers I gave him. This was not only invasive but also dangerous and completely unacceptable. When I tried to cancel my order, Trent gave me nothing but attitude over the phone and is now making me wait unnecessarily to complete the cancellation. This whole experience has left me feeling disrespected, unsafe, and frustrated. Rent-A-Center should not allow employees to mishandle customer information like this, and something needs to be done to prevent it from happening to anyone else. Edit- I tried calling the number given in the reply and just got someone as equally as rude. I just want my order canceled its not that difficult!!!!!! Now they ate saying I need to verify my identity for delivery when I want to cancel!!!!

Trent is awesome he should be the manager,Raphael is very rude, I have had no washer for 3 weeks and he will not approve a month free really! Do not purchase from this location,he won't even put Trent on the phone he said he was the manager and would take care of things. Also,charged my card twice and bounced my bank account with no apologies. I have bought alot from this location never again. Customer service has went to crap!

I have been with RAC for quite a few years and I have paid off every single item I have rented to own. I may be late at times but never missed so for a driver to show up at my door and bang on the door like they are the police is ridiculous not to mention you startled my mother who is in her 80s whom also lives there. I have no reason to steal because I am honest and I have integrity . That I hope does not happen again under any circumstances.
