This place needs to be shut down!! They are liars and all they want is money. I ask to speak to the manager and CJ said he was and wouldn’t let me speak to him due to trying to have me pay one day after my appliances are delivered, which is bizarre and they admitted too that ,then wanted me to pay in a week when I sign up for bi weekly. The real manager called me back name Nestor making sure I’m gonna pay in a week and I said yes and ask what kind of outlet do I have I told him I sent the picture to CJ who said he was the manager. Nestor just said oh. Long story short he cancels my order and could not tell me why even though I payed already. But thank God my husband Is a Consumer Law expert another lawsuit. Will be contacting cfpb.

Extremely Frustrated with Ongoing Lack of Communication and Service I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Rent A Center and at this point, I’m left feeling more disappointed than ever. My account was originally with 1784 Morse Rd but due to their poor communication and failure to follow through on my issue, my account was transferred to the 1991 Morse Rd. I had hoped this would be a fresh start and that I would finally receive the customer service I deserve. Unfortunately, that’s not the case since my account was moved, I’m still dealing with the same issues. The communication at this new store is just as bad as the first. Every time I try to get an update on my situation, I’m met with either long wait times, unreturned calls, or vague responses that don’t help move things forward. It’s as if they’ve forgotten the reason my account was transferred in the first place: poor service I’ve been patient, but I’m beyond frustrated now. I just want clear answers and a resolution, but instead, I’m stuck in an endless loop of bad customer service and unfulfilled promises. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all. At this point, I’m left with no faith in this company or its ability to resolve issues. If you’re considering doing business with them , I strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you want to be caught in the same cycle of poor service and unfulfilled commitments To make matters worse, I have a warranty on the product that I’m trying to get fixed and I’m getting a runaround

Not very good with communication between the staff and from staff to buyers. I've had a laptop that I purchased from Rent-A-Center and I have been waiting for it to get back from a complete motherboard crash for almost a month and all I get called for is do you want to purchase this, do you want to purchase that. Never hey here's the update on your computer. Not bad deals just poor communication.

Seriously the worst experience of my life. I’m a travel nurse. I rented a bed , dresser and couch. The couch arrived smelled like an ash tray. They dropped the dresser on the sidewalk breaking it. I went to the store to complain. Their attitude is like ( insert shoulder shrug here ). They replaced the couch. The manager said he can get me a new dresser. I told him I don’t care about the chip but I’m letting him know his guys dropped it on the sidewalk and tried to pull it off like I didn’t see it. I was on weekly billing. Yet every week I got a phone call even though my payments went through I worked a weekend and ignored one of their calls and got a text they are picking up the furniture. At this point I was done. I went to Arron’s rentals and replaced the items. The items at Arron’s are higher quality and they are much more professional to deal with. I called Rent A Center. Told them. Ok. Come pick up the damn furniture then. I guess me paying you weekly for 3 months allows you to treat me like that. Manager said the text was an error. Told him I don’t care. Get the furniture out of my apartment Then they couldn’t get it “ this week “. Charged ke again. Today is Saturday. They picked up the furniture Thursday. Guess who billed my credit card last night. This place is very unfriendly and extremely unprofessional. I highly suggest going to Arron’s. You will have. Much better luck with them.
