🚩beware of bugs and bad business🚩 I have done business with Rent-A-Center for many years, in several states never had an issue until this. I ordered a new mattress, but what was delivered was sus—🚩no box, 🚩just a zippered cover. Was told that was to protect it during delivery🚩 and was assured it was new. A couple weeks later, I was going to wash the cover and when I opened it, the mattress was ripped, soiled, obviously used and had bed bugs! When I called, they initially tried to tell me I had ordered a used mattress🚩, which was completely untrue. Only after checking more closely did they admit I had ordered a new one. It then took days to get a replacement.🚩 When the replacement finally came, they tried to refuse to take the infested mattress back🚩 which is completely unacceptable. I pushed it out the door and they took it 🤷‍♀️ somewhere. There was no apology, no discount offered, and no concern for the inconvenience or health risk they caused. I ended up returning the replacement as well because I no longer trusted their products or service. The only positive part of my experience was Madeira, who was friendly and knowledgeable while getting me signed up—but unfortunately, that level of service did not continue after the sale. I don't blame her for the disconnect, so the one star I had to give to post the review goes to her, not RAC. Be careful before doing business here.

Madira gets the all star ticket of the day for saving my ass with jumper cables and a jump!! Just out of the goodness of her heart she faced the icy cold weather...she's not only beautiful but a real superhero to😍❤️

I went to the store to look at a few things and soon as I walked in I couldn't get anyone to help me .I waited 30 minutes before someone finally helped me then the guy made me feel like I was waisting his time because I was asking alot of questions about the products I was interested in. He was short and rude to me .I finally said I had enough and left .very disappointed in my time at the store .so I doubt I will do my business there now .unsatisfied customer

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION... Dawn (the manager) started off really nice to me... My opinions of her have now changed tremendously ...My items took a fishy amount of time to get to there store they kept giving me the run around I ordered a engagement ring and a necklace for my fiance, took 4 weeks for my items to arrive at the store so yes i was making payments without having my items.... To make a long story short after I finally get the items in my possession, within a few weeks the items were stolen out of my car along with other belongings. So I missed 3 payments after items got stolen from me, frustrated that I'm still having to pay I called Dawn to explain to her the situation but instead of treating me like the customer/victim who has to still pay for stolen items she called me a liar and a thief told me to my face i was lying about then being stolen. Told her I made a police report I had to wait for it she said I'm a liar. I was nothing less than offended I refuse to deal with her after this I work and take care of my one year old son everyday and for somebody to just bluntly look at me and say your a liar and a thief....says a lot about dawns character and how she sees me (African American). I will be calling the corporate office in Texas. DONT RENT FROM HERE.

im going to give an update to a previous review - as i gave this location a 1 start in my previous review, i would like to give an updated post. Both the district and store manager have reached out to me, and im happy to say they were both understanding. The store manager helped make sure the account was correct for the lease. I really appreciate the store manager. Dawn has been a wonderful help throughout my time using them. She had taken good care of us. Big help in this resolution.
