I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I've been threatened every week about them picking up my items.. Beth & Kim needs to be fired, I've called corporate a few times on them.
do notttt go here! i don’t know if the lady who i dealt with is a manager or worker but her name is Kim and i am very astonished at the unprofessionalism she has for working at a rent a center. the organization and communication in that work place is terrible. Beth called to schedule the delivery for my washer and drawer so i get my work schedule surfaced around so i can be there on time and i wait for a half an hour before getting a text from kim saying she still needed to hear from references. why would they schedule my delivery and send me confirmation texts if they couldn’t deliver them yet? so i call to see what’s going on and kim had no idea about my scheduled delivery. despite me getting multiple confirmation texts that day. very unorganized. now all of my references said they have gotten ahold of rent a center and talked to them for me but Kim is still saying they didn’t call despite multiple people telling me they did. so all 3 of my references are just lying to me about calling and talking to you guys? no way. so i say is there maybe a chance this is another mistake since they just made one with me already it’s plausible this is another mistake to which Kim decides to respond to with telling me she can just cancel my order. very unprofessional. there was definitely other ways to fix the miscommunication issues rather than just canceling everything and there was no acknowledgment or apology for the mistakes they did in fact make which caused me to miss hours at work and put me behind on getting the washer and dryer that was scheduled to be delivered to me a week ago. i highly suggest you find any other rent a center there are plenty nearby to try rather than this one that’s only guaranteed to help if there’s zero issues to work around. no problem solving or customer service skills found here.
I had to argue with the manager to get the products I was there for, then they damaged the products during installation, then I turned the products over when I could not pay due to an issue between my work place and my bank (this issue has been fixed) the7 then gave me documentation thats states clearly it can only be used at their store and are now refusing to allow me to do whats stated i have to do on the documentation. I have now contacted the corperate office and and will be seeking legal assistance if the issue is not corrected.
Beth the GM is amazing!!! She helped me get same day delivery with no hiccup's! Kollian was also awesome, helped me with any questions or concerns I had 10/10 customer service!!!
It said I was approved online, and I payed for my items and signed my agreement, then the store called and said I was not approved and I needed 800$ more dollars, then when I asked for refund I have not heard anything else. How do I get my refund?, also I was charged twice, pretty crazy would not recommend. Hope I don't have to call the better business bureau just to get my money back. I I asked if the agreement will be voided since I signed one.
