Never delivered. Didn't return our payment until we called the main number and complained.

The website guarantees delivery in 2-3 with the product already being in store. I ordered on Tuesday 12/30, it’s now Friday 1/3 and the associate says they don’t have the inventory and it won’t arrive for another week. AND THEN they will contact me to schedule. No co communication or follow up. It’s very bait and switch and will be my last purchase with this place.

Changing my review because Mychal was awesome delivering my stuff made sure my stuff was hooked up 0 stars for the store and staff no communication my washer got delivered was not the one I was told that me and Jason agree on on 12/18 nobody called to inform Me I was not getting that washer and just gave me wha they wanted v allowing me to make my decision if I wanted this or take my business elsewhere just been a hassle dealing with Aaron’s so my 5 stars go only out to you mychal

Every month since I’ve started my lease on a laptop the manager Candice literally harasses me with phone calls every single month we have the same conversation about the same thing and every single month here she comes again calling sending emails and text messages. Aaron’s opens at 10am she’ll call me at 8am in the morning waking me up out my sleep about a payment I pay the same time each month please DO NOT subject yourself to this bs if I didn’t use the laptop to work they could’ve been had it back it’s ridiculous and now here we are the day after Christmas Candice is calling and harassing like get a life please outside of work harassment is not how you keep customers it’s how you get people to return and go seek business else where

Moved units. I was told my the salesman that they would move my rental furniture free. I returned a table got other furniture. Their staff refused to move it unless I paid them $200 cash. I only had $100. They said ok and took that. I called the store and they told me that they should have moved it for free. I imagine these guys are doing this to many people they deliver to. They put you in a situation where you can’t move it by yourself then tell you that you need to pay them cash up front.
