My experience was really great, I had went in to make my payment they treated me with respect and afterwards they answered my questions about some more furniture that I had been looking at eager to to get more business from me. I told the customer service representative that I will be back when I pay off my couch.

Idk if this is the Rent a center who services Galloway Hubbard road area but let me tell you. You people are so disrespectful. Saturday afternoon I hear pounding, yelling and horns blowing. Not feeling good at all I get up and see this Rent A center truck in my neighbor's driveway. I hear this guy just beating on their door like trying to break it down.... Then I watch him walk to his truck and he just starts laying on the horn. I mean 10 mins of honking is a bit much and who are they honking at...like what are you doing. That is harassment if I have ever seen it or in this case heard it. The Attorney General needs to be notified if this is how u do business Not impressed at all. I am notifying corporate of this. If it happens again I'm calling the police.

Been here multiple times. Jeff and his crew have always been helpful and ready to find me the item I was looking for. It's why I keep coming back to just this store and just this crew. When there was a problem, it was handled quickly and the item was repaired top notch. Excellence all around.
