I have used RAC three times now and have received excellent customer service. I am in retail and Mike is as good as it gets. Great follow up, top notch. I highly recommend this store and Mike.

If there were 6 stars I would give. Shane, Adam, Mike, James and pat are above and beyond. Even when I had a struggle they are supportive. The products are stellar in quality. Thanks guys..❤️🤗🤗🤗

I've dealt with this same particular store for more than 15 years. Now I'm down and out a bit and they are treating me like I stole something. This is sad. I appreciate them, but they don't have to be like vultures. I never ran out on them.

Came to check cash prices 01/24/23 after 4. We were greeted by a very polite gentleman. He offered to look up items for us. He knew the inventory very well.

As far as the appliance, next day or same day delivery. Appliance worked well while mine was undergoing repairs. Very dissatisfied though regarding time for delivery/pick up. They are multiple hours late; they don't call you to update you that they'll be multiple hours late. I had to call in both for drop off and pick up. Just a total disregard for the customer's time. I don't like feeling stuck at home only to not have you show up in the time frame.
