Walked in and they knew what I was there for. No wait, helped load. We were on our way back home within 10 mins. Exceptional service
I overall had an excellent experience . Kellie is awesome okay she went over and beyond for me today . The entire staff was friendly. She got me approved. Required much of nothing and went right in and got me exactly what I wanted… Customer service was great ! I’ll definitely be back . Also there is a great promotion going on right now!

Don’t rent from here even if you need furniture badly. These people are ridiculous! I only owe 400 on this chair I bought from. I’m only a week late. I told them I will pay Monday. Chris sent someone to my house. I paid them almost 2,000 already. I have paid other things off and he had the nerve to send someone over here to my house. Very weird ! I owe 70$ I’m always in good communication with them. I never will again just embarrassing.
The crew at the store got me exactly what I wanted. I shopped online and went in and told them they checked my approval amount and got me my stuff right away. I’ve have bought from them in the past and even tho you will pay more in retail if you miss the same as cash date it makes it easier for people like me who lives on a budget to afford to furnish my home. I will keep coming back here. Harrisburg pk is my preferred store. They have a great team there. Even their movers are great. 😊
