Liz and her crew did a great job getting us a stove and refrigerator. Had a minor issue with the stove, in which they made it right. Very happy with their effort and the delivery guys were great too!

Very good experience an got what I was wanting hassle free. We'll it went from good to terrible contracts on the e bikes got canceled no one bothered to call to let anyone know. An to top things off since I can't get a different bike, I'm entitled to have my bike serviced as it states in the lease agreement for my bike as long as I'm still making payments an it's still under the contract of the agreement they are to have the bike service in tell it's completely paid off now that I need it serviced, now all the sudden I have to get it approved by the store manager after I was told I could have it serviced I just couldn't get another bike cuz the bike place canceled their contract with them which is understandable. But having the bike serviced is a different story. Ultimately if u don't mind getting played or get the run around by all means go the rent a center. Other then that I recommend yal to go some where else

Absolutely WORST decision I made deciding to get a living room couch from here.. 1) the couch delivered was not what I picked out at all! 2) Worst customer service! I’ve contacted the store by phone multiple times to update my phone number but they can’t seem to figure out how to do that! 3) They will constantly harass your references by phone n text even if ur only 1 day late! 4) the out right disrespect and ignorance i experienced today by having them come BEAT on my doors and windows to the point it knocked my home internet out was Very uncalled for! I have never in my entire life ever had someone BEAT on my doors and windows like they did today !!! Would have that I committed an outrageous crime the way they disrespected me today! * If you’re even thinking of doing business with rent a center DONT!!!!!!!! *

I am never going back again. Made a $300 down payment the day I ordered my couch. I advised of stairs to get to my apartment and let them know about the turn in them, as this has been a delivery sore spot in the past. I was told that’d be absolutely no problem. It took over an hour to do the interaction due to technical issues and no one knowing how to fix them. My delivery date rolls around and I’m home to get the delivery. They have the couch on the steps and say they can’t get it up my stairs. I tell them that’s no problem and to leave in the first floor of our house and we will move it to where we want it. That was a no go. They refused to take it into our building that my fiancé owns. They’d rather take it back to the store and expect me to buy something more expensive and refused my refund unless I pick something else first and it too doesn’t go up the stairs.

Never doing business with them again! Very poor customer service! Showed up Friday threatening to take refrigerator we were a few days past due on. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional trying to fight and argue with my fiancé. Asked to set up pickup to get the fridge that coming Monday just to be able to not lose a whole fridge full of groceries with having small children. Monday comes and no one shows up. Set it for today(Tuesday) and no one shows up again! Made a whole scene Friday with my fiancé arguing about taking it and now blowing us off on coming and getting it. Will NEVER do business with them. Paid $1800 so far for a $1000 fridge and get treated this way. Then tried to talk me in to keeping the fridge and continuing to make payments for them instead of somewhere else. I will gladly start over somewhere that takes good customer service seriously instead of this place. Pickup is now for tomorrow. We will see if they actually show. Just makes no sense to me.
