So I have never rented furniture before. I needed some furniture for international guest who were staying at my home for a month. I first went on Facebook marketplace to see what was available. All I saw was furniture I couldn't use. Then I thought about going to Rent A Center Port Orange and was pleasantly surprised to find entire matching sets of furniture and appliances that were not only beautiful but also clean, bug free, deliverable and at a cheap price. Solved my problem immediately. The customer service is where my happiness began. The ladies who showed us the furniture and helped us setup the payments and delivery were top notch and easily worked with us. However, we didn't realize the best was yet to come, the delivery and set up service. They were fantastic. Two experience men came in and delivered and installed all the furniture. Hauling upstairs 2 large couches, a coffee table, two end tables and 2 lamps to the second floor without scratching or damaging anything. The entire operation took only 20 minutes and our room went from zero to hero in that time. Fantastic! When the rental time was up the same two guys showed up again, removed everything and left the room clean and damage free. Amazing! I didn't lift a finger to do anything, all part of the service. Much respect and kudos to all the staff at Rent A Center Port Orange.
Today I had a wonderful experience with the Port Orange RAC Team. Shout out to Denise, Mike, Matt and new on the team Christy with a great taste for good quality. They delivered my beautiful bedroom set that was on sale, and Christy picked it out. I really Love it. Thank you. Mike and Matt arrived earlier than I expected, and move everything with in 15 minutes. They had a great attitude good vibes 😎. As long as I live in Daytona Beach they will always be my store.
I highly DONT RECOMMEND!!!!! Poor communication, and very rude! I had asked them to return there items. Give me a run around of when they can pick it up. Told me they wouldn’t be taking a payment because they are getting items back and took the payment anyway. All this because I’ve been waiting on the couch, washer and dryer that I ordered for 6 weeks. It was ditto be here in 1-2 weeks. Never communicated anything to me. I will never go back to this location. Mike and Kristi are very unprofessional!!!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome. These ladies are so nice and informative. I felt like I was right at home with them. They gave me so much info and made sure I was taken care of. I will always come back to them. Definitely telling my friends about them too! Thank you for everything you did for my family today. ❤️
