I needed a short term (week) refrigerator while the appliance repair company ( D&S appliance) is able to fix my Samsung side x side, NOTHING to do with their appointments, had to thaw the horrible ice before they could return, with that being said Matt was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in getting me taken care of & the rental delivered by 1:00 today. Matt was very professional, great communication & I felt like he really cared about my situation. I've never had to use Rent A Center before but if I ever have the need for anything I will call Matt. Oh & also the two delivery guys were just as nice & professional. Thanks Rockingham Rent A Center.
I rented a couch and loveseat from the store in Rockingham Road and they brought me the furniture from the West Kimberly location. Had the furniture for less than a week and found a bed bug in my loveseat. Made them come and pick up the furniture immediately!! It's been over a month since that happened and I'm supposed to have Sedgwick do my claim and Terminix do my pest control. Haven't heard a peep from Terminix and Sedgwick stopped returning my calls as well. At this point ALL 3 companies are worthless and have 0 communication skills. Go elsewhere to rent furniture if needed...STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!

Excellent customer service. Outstanding in all areas, from my online order to the online chat to the direct conversation down to the delivery itself. All happened within a 24 hour timeframe. No issues whatsoever. Great service.
