I rented a couch and loveseat from the store in Rockingham Road and they brought me the furniture from the West Kimberly location. Had the furniture for less than a week and found a bed bug in my loveseat. Made them come and pick up the furniture immediately!! It's been over a month since that happened and I'm supposed to have Sedgwick do my claim and Terminix do my pest control. Haven't heard a peep from Terminix and Sedgwick stopped returning my calls as well. At this point ALL 3 companies are worthless and have 0 communication skills. Go elsewhere to rent furniture if needed...STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES!!!

Excellent customer service. Outstanding in all areas, from my online order to the online chat to the direct conversation down to the delivery itself. All happened within a 24 hour timeframe. No issues whatsoever. Great service.

Best rent a center staff in the world! Employees are amazing! Management is top of the line! If anyone would want to use rent a center. This is the store to go to! Matt goes above and beyond for his customers! Oscar is very helpful! Overall best team in the rent a center game!

I've been with rent a center for almost 10 years now, I've bought many items and still am renting. Matt and his crew are AWESOME, I most certainly can say before Matt was manager I dealt with some crappy people, he has turned that store around and he is definitely fit and his profession is GREAT!
