They helped me before I was a Customer đ¤ I moved and I couldn't fit my couch in my new place. I called Rent-A-Center and asked Louis if they had any tips on how to get my couch through my door and in my place. One of their delivery drivers Lito lives close to me ( It's his day off" and he came over and tried to help us. My couch would not fit. He did help us unload the rest of our moving truck.I went to Rent-A-Center the next day and got a used couch. And the delivered it the next day even though they had a full schedule. We were sitting on lawn chairs and our backs hurt from moving. Thank you very much for getting us a couch the next day and for your help with our situation. âââââ

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Poor communication from this store. My washer has been getting âservicedâ for about 2 months. We got a garbage loaner that is nothing in comparison to what we are paying for. We have been told 3-4 times they have and will bring it to us. The day comes and goes and it doesnât get dropped off and we donât even get a call. Every single time I call itâs a different excuse. I just think itâs crazy how when my payment for said washer is due they are calling, texting, emailing etc but I canât get that same attention when it comes to answers about my washer. I am 1-2 payments from paying it off and I donât even have it. I have been a loyal customer for years but I will never ever be spending another dime here and Iâll be sure to spread the word on the garbage that goes on with this company/location. Absolutely pathetic.

Be careful Allen tries to have you buy damaged items at a new price. Not very knowledgeable he tries to snoop in your place casing your place. To see what I got thinks he is the boss. Tries real hard to pressure a person. Watch this business. Sent me a letter last week wrong address . so I had to call back.. They had wrong st numbers post man wrote a on envelope. Lou answered and .had to tell them right again right address. Make sure. U get a receipt of each payment. They like to lie. .it is law you get receipt eac h month in your hands. They are breaking the law. This branch is wrong. Lies too much I keep all envelopes with mistakes for proff
