The worst store ever I have been with rent a center for years and this one here is the worst. They have taken money out of my bank account from the card on file without my permission I called corporate on them they not suppose to do that to customers without permission call to speak to the manager they had me on hold forever when you call the store they answer the phone by speaker phone ever disrespectful .

The staff very friendly at first. When it comes to delivery that something else.. First the staff mention theirs only two delivery guy. So if one calls out, don't expect your item to be delivered. Staff come up with a reason convince for them not the customer.. And when the customer reschedule they forget.. Not professional at all..

Things are pricey here.better off buying a freaking car for there items. I have never personally rented anything for myself. Not! A renting person. So I won't be doing this again.my Cheap landlord wouldn't give me a new refrigerator but gets $$$ for rent how he kept sending the repair service man for 11months. He said you need new 1. my food wasn't staying cold door rubber wouldn't stay on no matter how many times it was changed. My food would've spoied like i was using a weight to keep the door closed ridiculous. NO! way freak it December came merry Christmas to me.AND MY FAMILY. THEN MY landlord had the nerve to want my receipt. When super is the one who removed the old one and its still in basement alongside others. HOWEVER! he did see my new stainless steel refrigerator. In my apartment. (Seriously!,)

This rent a center has a horrible management that trys to swindle money. We changed our mind for the rental and the manager tried to make us pay a pick up fee and keep the money we've already paid. Now keep in mind we changed our mind 2 days later, and policy is you can return and full refund within 7 days. He wasn't very nice when we called to cancel and insisted we give him an answer on why we wanted to cancel. Even though I didn't have to I told him we found THE SAME EXACT FRIDGE FOR $500 (AT BESTBUY) INSTEAD OF THE $2,400 once it was completely paid off. Its ridiculous to pay so much please don't make rent a center your first choice!!!
